To fix unittest from using wrong libdns++ version.

Error was:

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'isc::dns::EmptyLabel'
  what():  duplicate period

Also isc::dns::NameParserException was added.

Discussed some on jabber.

for now, we'll keep it here for comparison.

The revised versoin of MessageRenderer doesn't store it in an STL container,
so it doesn't have to be default-constructable.
the intermediate experimental version of the renderer was removed as
it depends on the default constructor.

this eliminates the need for copying/keeping the names, and is more robust
when rendering many names.  use of the hash table still improves performance.

Since last release
isc::dns::rdata::generic::NSEC::getNextName()
was introduced.
So increment current and age.

           Move some duplicated code of toWire() to toWireHelper() function

Noticed on the distcheck builder.
I didn't test the distcheck, just the dist target.

       so that the implementation weren't seen in rdataclass.h
