This change affects many files using the Configuration object and types
derived from it.

- added --with-kea-config=JSON,BIND10 added to configure.ac
- JSON-file config backend added for b10-dhcp6
- Config file can now be read from a JSON file

d2_client.h and .cc was split into four files:

D2ClientConfig class is now in d2_client_cfg.h/cc
D2ClientMgr class is now in d2_client_mgr.h/cc

Added configuration paramters to dhcp4 and its spec file to support DHCP-DDNS.
Created new classes D2ClientMgr, D2ClientConfig, and D2CientConfigParser in the
libdhcpsrv.   The new parameters are parsed, validated, and stored  but do
not yet affect behavior.  That will be implemented as a seperate ticket.

This change provides a template "CalloutHandle store" for use in the
DHCP servers.  It replaces server-specific methods and adds the ability
to clear the stored pointers.

configuration parsing classes into a common set of classes
in lib/dhcpsrv.  Moved most of the parsers classes into
new files dhcp_parsers.h/cc. Eliminated use of global
variables within common parsers.

lib/dhcpsrv/Makefile.am.

DHCP_DATA_DIR with "/bind10".  This causes the dhcp server id
files to be located in --localstatedir/bind10.  The Makefile
also ensures that the directory is created during install.

Addendum to ticket 2524 - the makefile omitted to make sure the
dhcpsrv_messages.mes file were in the distribution tarball

New feature was added: deleteSubnets4

okayed via jabber.

Also make the hardware address to string function common to both
database modules.
