It doesn't support format specifiers given in {} yet. This will be added
in follow-up work on this branch.

Relative names are not permitted in the RHS of $GENERATE
statements. This is because the string version of createRdata() is used
to construct RDATA, which does not take an origin.

At first I thought getLength() may already be in use by RR type-specific
classes, but it's not in use. getLength() is more consistent with naming
of other classes' wire data length methods.

This reverts commit b00635aa. The
previous alignment was correct (see ticket #1516 comment 7 and 8).
