    Corrected filenames in lib/process/Makefile.am

    ConfigBase now houses ConfigControlInfo
    Relocated ConfigControl from libconfig to libprocess

 - DCfgContextBase is now derived from ConfigBase
 - Calls to CfgMgr related to loggers are replaced by Deamon calls

DControllerBase was modified to support a means for derivations to
contribute additional information to extended version info returned
by DControllerBase::getVersion(true).  This removes the need to link
process lib with libraries it does not need.

    libkea-process was failing to link, looking for CryptoLink::getVersion().
    See #5211.  For now, adding lib to the Makefile.am.
