they are basically false positives, but addressing them is not difficult
so I modified the code rather than suppressing them.

now that we've rebased on a newer version of master.

the implementation already covers such cases.  just adding tests to confirm
the behavior.

also cleaned up the code by unifying the common rendering logic for main
and RRSIG RRs.

we need to it for TreeNodeRRset::toWire() (actually this method was
introduced exactly for that purpose).

The TreeNodeRRset version will need to use that.

 - updated git id of the ChangeLog entry for #2179
 - removed a conflict marker around the entry 458

Conflict resolution is mostly straightforward adujstment for the latest
interface, but it's not super trivial and should be reviewed.

added some test cases to confirm the behavior; update the doc.

with notes about the intent.

hopefully the new name better represents the intent.

not sure if it's absolute necessary for doxygen to process it, but I thought
it's more readable anyway.
