<p><span><strong class="command">named-checkzone</strong></span>
checks the syntax and integrity of a zone file. It performs the
same checks as <span><strong class="command">named</strong></span> does when loading a
zone. This makes <span><strong class="command">named-checkzone</strong></span> useful for
checking zone files before configuring them into a name server.
