                        Buffer types were removed, so the ISC_BUFFERTYPE_*
                        macros are no more, and the type argument to
                        isc_buffer_init and isc_buffer_allocate were removed.
                        isc_buffer_putstr is now void (instead of isc_result_t)
                        and requires that the caller ensure that there
                        is enough available buffer space for the string.

- SIG(0)'s can be rendered, and information is stored to allow them to be
verified after parsing.  This needs some cleanup work done.

same thing for rdata, rdatalist, and rdatasets.

Also implement dns_message_takebuffer().

tsig to_struct/from_struct

Put MAGIC macros into the DNS_ namespace.
Added header_ok and question_ok to the message structure.
Specify the intent before the returned message pointer in
dns_message_create().
Allow an intent to be specified when calling dns_message_reset().
Add dns_message_reply().
