Fix printf's to use fprintf(stdout... to be consistent and set data initializations in main since they are runtime addresses

1239.   [bug]           call res_ndestroy() in net_data_destroy().

although it's suboptimal - since the control message doesn't have a key
name, it just tries each key until it finds one that successfully decodes
the message.
