Adjust DNS_CLIENTINFOMETHODS VERSION to match values given to a customer in a patch

In a patch given to a customer, now widely deployed, DNS_CLIENTINFOMETHODS_VERSION was set to 2 in clientinfo.h to match the then-current values in dlz_minimal.h.

Later, we committed a change to adjust the value in dlz_minimal.h to be 1.

This has created a major problem for our support customer because the patch we gave them is incompatible with what was committed.
