RFC 8427 JSON output from dig/mdig/delv

This is a suggestion from Paul Hoffman, and IMHO a good one.

(We could also trivially enable YAML output since DNS_STYLEFLAG_YAML already exists. Currently it's only used by dnstap-read.)
