Drop use of "$FEATURETEST --have-dlopen"

    dlopen() support seems to be a hard build-time requirement now, so I would drop all uses of $FEATURETEST --have-dlopen (a follow-up MR is fine).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
