Convert the checks from testsummary.sh into log driver (run.sh)

The checks for:

  1. coredumps
  2. assertion failures
  3. tsan reports

needs to be moved into the log driver (run.sh)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
