Check 'nsupdate -y' for all hmac algorithms.

#2390 (closed) used nsupdate -y and the nsupdate system test does not exhaustively check the various hmac algorithms using nsupdate -y. It does check with nsupdate -k. Repeat the tests using nsupdate -y to ensure that path is complete.
