Add nghttp2 version to "named -V" output

Since BIND 9 is now requires nghttp2 for DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) support, named -V output should include:

  • the nghttp2 version that named was built against,
  • the nghttp2 version that named is linked to,

for consistency with the other libraries used.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
