Set `-D nsN` in `named.args` files in system tests

Set -D nsN in named.args files in system tests so that it's possible to distinguish the various named processes. Note that the names now have a testname- prefix.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
