Remove custom ISC SPNEGO implementation

The SPNEGO mechanism is available in both major implementations of Kerberos protocol:

  • MIT Kerberos 5 since version 1.5
  • Heimdal Kerberos since version 0.7

e.g. both are available since 2006-2007.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
