inline test regularly failing

The "inline" system test regularly (but not always) fails on several of the Jenkins machines at the point:

I:inline:check rndc retransfer of a inline nsec3 slave retains nsec3 (49)
I:inline:failed

This seems to be a timing issue.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
