upgrade tests for persistent data are missing
We need tests to cover compatibility of persistent files between versions. List of formats which come to mind:
- zone journal
- zone in raw format
- zone in map format
- new-zone database (NZD) in our custom format
- new-zone database (NZD) in LMDB
- managed-keys
