NOTAUTH errors should log the zone from the query not the nearest match

When an UPDATE request arrives with a ZONE section that names a subdomain of a configured zone, named returns NOTAUTH, and logs the name of the closest enclosing zone instead of the zone in the request. This makes the log message rather mysterious because the server is in fact authoritative for the zone quoted in the log. This discrepancy can make it difficult to identify what is the cause of NOTAUTH errors.
