dns_adb: the overmem cleaning is ineffective

The overmem cleaning process is only looking at the objects present in the current bucket - which is either nothing or very few items if the hashing is doing its thing.

I think we need to slap doubly-linked list on top of the name and entry buckets as LRU and clean the global oldest entries.
