System test fixes for macOS

A few recent changes to the system tests revealed some troubles on macOS:

The extra loopback interfaces were not verified by testsock.pl nor added to org.isc.bind.system.
macOS has an old version of Net::DNS that causes the xfer test to fail.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
