Sphinx 5.2 reports a warning for doc/arm/catz.inc.rst
Sphinx 5.2.2 reports the following warning when make doc
is run for
current main
and v9_18

The line being flagged above has been around for the past two months and it worked fine with Sphinx 5.1.1, so I assume that it is some new check in the most up-to-date Sphinx version that triggers this warning.
