ARM 9.18.9: Setting DF-Flag for outbound UDP packets is wrong documented
Summary
ARM 9.18.9: DF-Flag for outbound UDP packets is wrong documented. As agreed on https://lists.isc.org/pipermail/bind-users/2022-November/107021.html, at least the following phrase in https://bind9.readthedocs.io/en/v9_18_9/reference.html#namedconf-statement-edns-udp-size is no more correct:
The named now sets the DON’T FRAGMENT flag on outgoing UDP packets.
Setting the DF-Flag (DON'T FRAGMENT) on the IP header for outbound UDP packets seems to be reverted in !4668 (diffs), so the corresponding text should be adjusted.
BIND version used
ARM 9.18.9
