ns_g_mctx is used in example drivers, but never initialized

Found by comparing the exported-but-never used symbols.

ns_lib_init(), ns_lib_shutdown() are never called to initialize ns_g_mctx, but that exact memory context is used everywhere in contrib/sdb/
