Check the size of the structure passed to dns_rdata_*struct methods

#4314 (closed) made me think we should check the size of the structure being passed to dns_rdata_tostruct, dns_rdata_fromstruct, and dns_rdata_freestruct as we don't have the compiler doing type checks for us. It there is a mismatch badness could happen.
