Fix ans servers so they respond with correct answers to NS queries at QNAME.

When trying to fix missing NS Queries for the QNAME with QNAME minimisation (#4805/!9155) there where answers from the ans servers that where not valid.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
