Regular ARM builds on gitlab

Description

We publish the ARM with each release. In between releases, we update the ARM in Gitlab, but it isn't easy for a non-developer to browse the updates. I don't know if the docs are built with the CI job in Gitlab, but if they are, or could be, can we expose the latest build somehow?

Request

Since we are continually re-building BIND anyway for CI, if it is not too much work, I would like to be able to have a link (e.g. on the home page of the gitlab wiki) for the current development documentation (e.g. for 9.11.next, for 9.13.next). This enables people to see what changes are coming.
