Remove dnsperf from contrib/

There seems little point us including this (without any test data) when Nominum have an official page and github repo for it. Some distros (e.g. Fedora Core) even have this in their standard package library, and include Nominum's default query file in the package.

We should replace the directory and put in a text file giving the appropriate canonical locations:

https://www.nominum.com/measurement-tools/

https://github.com/nominum/dnsperf
