Cloning Bind9 Repo Fails On Windows Due To Invalid Character In Folder Names

The folder contrib/docker/ contains sub-folders with a colon (":") in the folder name. However, the colon is not allowed in folder names on Windows. Due to that, cloning the Bind9 repo fails.
