BIND 9.13.4 does not compile on CentOS 6 (i386)

Commit 22e5231f causes the _mm_pause() intrinsic to be used on i386 machines. Newer toolchains seem to be fine with this; the stock one available on CentOS 6 for i386 - not so much.
