Jenkins AFL fuzzing jobs are failing

When named is compiled with fuzzing enabled for AFL, the fuzzing jobs are not starting - AFL times out waiting for a response from BIND.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
