zone type table in ARM needs improvement

The table of zone types and their descriptions in chapter 5 of the ARM is poorly formatted - in the PDF the columns don't line up correctly and there are lines and numbers crisscrossing the text; in HTML, 80% of the page width is taken up with the type name ("master" or "mirror" or whatever) and then the descriptive text is jammed into a narrow column down the right side of the browser window.
