Provide a way to print out whole configuration as it would be used on startup

Currently there is no easy way to see whole configuration that would be used on startup, including implicit default values. BIND could provide a way to print out whole configuration that would be used, including default values which are not necessarily specified in the config file. This would be helpful for detecting areas of possible issues when updating existing deployment of BIND.
