Add issues found by dns_rdata_fromwiretext fuzzer.

There where a number of malformed records that where not correctly rejected and/or would not make it through dns_rdata_fromwire, dns_rdata_totext, dns_rdata_fromtext, and dns_rdata_towire unscathed.
