[v9_16] Lint manual pages

Michal Nowak requested to merge 2312-lint-generated-manual-pages-v9_16 into v9_16

As we generate manual pages from reStructuredText sources, we don't have absolute control on manual page output and therefore 'mandoc -Tlint' may always report warnings we can't eliminate. In light of this some mandoc warnings need to be ignored.
