Compilation warnings fixes were prepared locally with warning options from .gitlab-ci.yml (see CFLAGS_COMMON) and configure.ac (see STD_CFLAGS) in mind but only the former are leveraged in the CI when contrib projects are being build. This is because contrib projects do not use Makefile.ams and thus don't know about STD_CFLAGS options. (I don't think it's worth plugging contrib to BIND 9's automake framework.)
