Possible Windows packaging problem ("MSVCR110.dll was not found")
A Windows user reports:
I get this when trying to run the 64-bit version of Bind 9.14.2 or 9.15.0 under Win 10 X64 build 1903.
---------------------------
named.exe - System Error
---------------------------
The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR110.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

OK

I believe you ship it with the 2017 C redist package, but this DLL is from the 2012 redist. Installing that allows the 64-bit version to work. I never saw the problem when I was in 32-bit, but I had all of the redist packages installed. I just thought you would want to know.
Would somebody knowledgeable about the Windows builds please have a look and see whether this is a problem specific to this user's environment or an oversight in our packaging of Windows binaries?
