AFTR-Name appears to be wrongly encoded

Reported by Bluecat under support ticket:

We have a non-compliance issue with a little-used option. Gave them a patch which changed format type to 'D', which is compliant with RFC 1035 formating. They replied that this works fine for them. We need to open an RT ticket and change it formally, along with the others that are currently 'd', as they are also wrong.

Simply change 'd' to 'D' common/tables.c as shown the patch below:
