test_bootp_basic_request_reply[postgresql] started failing.
What caused them to fail was the same chaddr.
Gave them different chaddrs and created a different test for same chaddr.
The test with same chaddr gives a NAK to the v4 request only for mysql and postgresql and only when bootp is first (meaning bootp gets the lease if v4 is first).
The expectation is twofold:
- that all backends should behave the same in terms of what is leased
- that order of requests shouldn't influence response type
Will test manually and open a Kea ticket if it turns out to be a problem after this is merged.
