run_script hook system tests

Merged Marcin Godzina requested to merge run_script_tests into master

Created new file tests/dhcp/hooks/test_run_script.py and added new pytest mark run_script.

Tests do not cover all parameters returned, but most of them.

Closes isc-private/qa-dhcp#336
