Enable stress test in CI (packages, Aarch64 job)
Fedora is the only Linux distribution,1 which has Flamethrower packaged, so for any other distro we'd have to build it on our own. As building it on our own is to be avoided where possible and that we do run stress test on Fedora manually anyway, using distribution other than
&base_image does not feel wrong.
Install gnuplot for latency and memory use graph plotting.
Stress test leverages delimited digits (10,000) when
en_US.utf-8 locale is used -> install
glibc-langpack-en on Fedora.
FreeBSD image size needs to be bumped otherwise we run out of space.
fedora:32:arm64:docker CI job was added, so we can build Aarch64 images based on Fedora for stress test. I based the code on the previous Debian ARM64 CI job (see the 59f0d4c2 revert).
Debian and Ubuntu have a
flamethrowerpackage, but that's different (old?) software to DNS-OARC flamethrower we can't use.
