Add Mysql and Postgresql files to common - temporally solution for 2.7.3

We decided to add new files to common package for the 2.7.3 release to avoid ass much confusion and issues as possible.

For 2.7.4 release they will be moved to separate mysql and pgsql packages with respective libraries and dependencies.
