kea-admin - Scripts installed in /usr/share/kea/kea/scripts/

Can I please direct your attention to this issue? The kea-admin scripts are installed in the wrong location and is preventing many of the kea-admin commands to fail.

Alpine 3.11 and 3.12 are affected.
