Add ARM links to each input field

The examples were moved inside the input fields (see: https://gitlab.isc.org/isc-private/kea-quick-config/-/issues/9 as a prerequisite to this ticket). Now we can put ARM links directly to an area that explains the field.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
