defining classes does not make them show up in ...

no "client-classes" under "Define Host Reservations" with the initial form. New reservation forms added with the + do show the classes.
"client-class" under "Define Subnets" with the initial form. New subnets added with the + do show the class. Note that browser refresh adds these classes to the initial forms. May need to change how these forms are generated... This will require some thought...

No need for patch note upon fix ... this was self contained to 0.3
