The socket creator is no longer stopped this way. It worked in tests, as
they still had the function.

Tests need to be updated.

Remove few methods that are no longer used, update a test comment.

It broke, since the socket creator no longer has a _procinfo attribute.

The restart schedule was left in there, as it might turn out to be
needed soon. We don't do the restarts after a timeout, but right away
now (should change soon).

The brittle mode is gone for now.

Unit tests not updated yet, but system tests pass.

They were redundant and currently the same is done by the Configurator
implicitly.

As a result, the messages about starting something as non-root are
specific to each component and happen even on restart.

[213-incremental] use the new component/configurator frameork only for start/stop.  no spec file change, no restart with the framework.
