runUnload() still has to be added.

Added ability to run the load function and checked that it can
register callouts.

Able to open and close libraries, check for the version()
function and call it.

This reverts commit 33e10c84, reversing
changes made to 3a382331.

Revert the merge of wrong version of branch.

Changed some names.

to datasrc, xfrin, xfrout and so on removed.  This is simply the
client-facing side of a name server; it can receive and send packets
but can't process them in any way yet.  It will become a simple forwarder,
and then a proper resolver, in future work.
