but possible).  added test case for it, and for that purpose added sqlite3
test data and refactored the test framework a bit.

Note that conflict resolution in bind10_src.py was not trivial: we needed
to re-ensure that the ld path path for xfrout.

- use the initialized zone name for the owner instead of the hardcoded one
- removed a redundant return
for now these don't affect the test results, but it's cleaner and may
have a substantial difference in future extensions.

a specific order of the underlying datasrc SQLite3 query result, but it
doesn't appear to be the case for all systems.

(I made a couple of piggy-back small fix/cleanup: avoid unexpected exception
in an assert failure message for an empty (test) RRset; suppress log output
(by default))
