- the test zone DB was updated by hand with an NSEC3 record in the nsec3 table.
- changes to transfer.py was the same one as that in quering.py to support IPv6
  transport

(except for some "intentionally broken" ones).  these were semi-automatically
convered by b10-dbutil.  "nodiffs" needed to be tweaked by hand after upgrade
for their test.  and all unit/system/lettuce tests now passed.

plus a couple of fixes to make relative paths work in bind10 -c

 - test-related files are now in "tests"
 - concrete data sources are now named "sqlite3_ds.h" and "static_ds.h",
   so we don't have so many files all starting with "data_source".
