it will primarily be used for tests in this ticket, but I expect we'll
need them in the main code in later tasks.

also now make sure all linked RdataSets are released.

it was indeed not expected to be copyable.  making this explicit would help
prevent accidental misuse.

this will help prevent accidental direct misuse of these variables

(this makes me realize we needed to pass RRClass to destroy().  so updated
the interface).

This makes some tests pass which uses logger_example, which is
a standalone binary.

The time goes on and we are a year older already.

First cut at the logging module.  Still lacking configuration and
basic appenders.

moved tests into unittests/ subdirectory
added boostlibs ldd flag if needed

This is based on ideas done in experiments/jreed-layout, but
I manually did this again.

Moved around directory structures.
A single python subdirectory under src/lib for single "isc" module.
No "cpp" directories.

No pyshared or includes symlink trees.

I tested running the c++ tests and python tests.
I tested running run_bind10.sh from source tree (with nothing installed).
I tested running bind10 from installed (after moving source).
